Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of legal support services for apartment purchases provided by RealNota (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada. Our Business ID is 784305637. By engaging our services or products, you agree to these Terms, effective as of January 1, 2025.
1. Services and Products
1.1 Legal Support Services
We offer tailored professional assistance related to apartment acquisitions, including document review, title verification, negotiation guidance, and closing support.
1.2 Information Products
We may provide digital content, such as e-guides or webinars, offering general insights into the legal steps involved in acquiring a residential unit.
1.3 Goods
In certain cases, we may supply related materials, such as printed checklists or branded documentation kits.
2. Fees and Payment
All fees are due in advance or according to the schedule specified in the applicable invoice or order form. Payment methods are set forth at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy
3.1 Legal Support Services
Clients may cancel a scheduled service up to 48 hours before the agreed start date for a full reimbursement of fees. Requests must be submitted via our Contact Form. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior, a partial reimbursement equal to 50% of the service fee will be issued, deducting administrative expenses. Once legal advice or negotiation has commenced, requests for reimbursement are not accepted, as work is performed in real time.
It is possible to reschedule a service appointment once without charge if notice is given at least 24 hours prior. Further changes may incur an administrative fee of 20% of the original service fee.
3.2 Information Products
Digital products may be downloaded immediately upon purchase. For defective or inaccessible content, we will issue a full reimbursement within 7 days of purchase upon verification of the issue. After 7 days, no reimbursement is offered due to the nature of digital delivery.
3.3 Goods
Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. Send-back shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the items and confirm condition, we will issue a reimbursement of the purchase price via the original payment method within 5 business days. Custom or personalized goods are not eligible for reimbursement, as they are produced per order.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability related to these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by you for the service or product at issue. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental claims.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
